The National Federation of Republican Women held it's 41st Biennial Convention in Orlando, Florida on September 23-26, 2021. Attending on behalf of RWCDF were President Esther Byrd, 1VP Karen Olson, 2VP Kim Black (FFRW Delegate), Membership Chair Amanda Gordish (FFRW Delegate), Public Relations Chair Alexis Tubel, Ramona Rood, Nita Spatola, Kathy Sisbarro, Therese Watson, Regina Clark, Kaitlin Colegate, and Debbie Kirkland.

Among the wonderful speakers were Gov Ron DeSantis, Gov Kristi Noem, Congresswoman Kat Cammack, Senator Tim Scott,  and the always hilarious Katie Hopkins! RWCDF received the Diamond Award, the highest level for local Clubs and 2nd in the nation for Club growth!
